Mandatory Conditions:
- Documents required for the transportation of household goods i.e ®Customer ID Proof or RTC Registration Documents of Vehicles to be transported.
- Do not send excess fuel in vehicle or Gas cylinder (If it would be shared not for safety purpose).
- Cash, Jewellers & other important documents to be retained in your own custody.
- Refrigerator & washing machine to be drained 1 day prior.
- Intimate to the concerned line of delivery at the time of booking.
Terms and Conditions of Shahi Packers & Movers:
- Goods booked through our offices are carried at owner’s risk.
- We request for a 100% total freight payment to be made after loading.
- The Company is not responsible for internal damages to goods in case of packed/unpacked goods, perishable articles by deterioration or in brittle condition.
- The company is not responsible for the loss or damages to goods caused by leakage/evaporation, short land and/or condition. Lock and key are to be provided by consigner.
- The company is not responsible for fire or accident to vehicles or riot or strike or pilferage.
- Delivery to consignee will be affected early through ®the company is not responsible for damages in case caused by delay to perishable or other articles in transit.
- It is consigner’s responsibility to take delivery on time. Maintain at the time of delivery; failing in taking delivery is subject to waiting and other charges are applicable.
- Freight and other charges if not prepaid are payable at the time of delivery, the company has lien on goods whilst freight and other charges are not paid.
- The Consignor is liable of all consequences arising out of incorrect declaration.
- The Consignor is responsible for obtaining and handling over the necessary permits to company to transport by road in case of restricted articles failing which he will be held responsible for consequences arising out of such transport.
- The company is not responsible for goods being detained or seized or confiscated by appropriate Government authority.
- The company is not responsible for Insurance then company will be Negotiable.
